Never Miss Another Patient Again.
Your AI front desk answers every call, books appointments, follows up with leads, confirms visits and helps your practice grow — all for less than hiring another receptionist.
- A patient calls after hours
You're chairside with a patient. The front desk left at 5pm.
- Your AI front desk answers
Greets the caller by your practice name, asks about their concern, and knows your services, insurance and hours.
- Books a new patient exam — Thursday, 9:30am
From your real schedule and real availability. No double-booking, no callback promised.
- Everyone gets the confirmation
The patient gets a text with the appointment details. You get the summary and a new patient record with the whole conversation attached.
Times are illustrative. The mechanism is not — you can dial the live demo and hear it happen.
We're early, so we won't show you a wall of logos we haven't earned.
Here is what you can verify instead — today, without talking to sales.
- Talk to the AI right now. The live demo is the real product answering as a dental practice, not a scripted video.
- Patient data is never used to train models and is never shared with another practice. Ask us for the detail and we'll answer specifically.
- A two-week pilot on your own practice. If it doesn't catch anything worth paying for, don't pay for it.
- Every message is labelled. When no provider is connected the product says “generated, not delivered” rather than quietly counting it as sent.
The phone rings. Nobody picks up. That patient is gone.
They don't leave a voicemail. They don't call back. They call the next dental practice on Google — the one that answered.
After hours and weekends
A toothache at 9pm can't wait until Monday. The practice that answers gets the emergency visit.
While you're chairside
You can't take a call mid-procedure. The front desk is with another patient. So it rings out.
The follow-up nobody does
A new patient inquiry that isn't followed up is a patient you paid to attract and then lost.
Don't take our word for it. Ask it something.
The demo runs the real AI front desk against a real instance — a dental practice with real opening hours, real services and a real knowledge base. Try to trip it up. Ask about a price it doesn't know, or an appointment outside its hours, and watch it offer a callback instead of making something up.
- Books a real appointment from real availability
- Refuses to invent a price, an insurance answer or a guarantee
- Escalates anything it isn't sure about
- Every patient inquiry lands in the CRM you'd be using
Everything your practice needs, in one system
Not another tool to log into. This is the whole patient journey — from the first call to the five-star review — running in one place.
AI phone answering
Answers on the first ring, 24/7, in a warm, professional voice. Books consultations, qualifies new patients, transfers, or takes a message.
Website chat assistant
One line of code on your practice site. Same brain as the phone — answers insurance questions, hours, and books appointments.
Appointment management
Live availability from your real schedule. No double-bookings, no back-and-forth. Patients get instant confirmation.
Patient CRM
Every call, chat, booking and message on one patient record. No duplicates when the same patient calls then emails.
Patient pipeline
See exactly where every inquiry sits — from new patient call to treatment accepted.
Missed-call recovery
The moment a call goes unanswered, the patient gets a text back — before they call the practice down the street.
Appointment reminders & follow-up
Confirmations, reminders, post-visit follow-ups and reactivation of inactive patients — all automatic.
Review requests
Asked automatically after a completed visit, when patient satisfaction is at its peak.
Practice website included
A fast, mobile-first site generated from your practice details. Change your hours once, everything updates.
Practice analytics
New patients, bookings, answer rate, conversion. Measured activity only — nothing estimated.
AI knowledge base
You control exactly what the AI can say about your practice. Anything it doesn't know, it takes a callback instead of guessing.
Team management
Roles and permissions for everyone at your front desk and beyond.
What connects today, and what doesn't
Plainly split, because your practice should find this out now rather than in week two.
- Twilio — your phone number, inbound calls and SMS. Keep your existing number and forward to it.
- Any SMTP provider — send from your own domain, whoever you use.
- Stripe — subscription billing and the customer portal.
- Anthropic Claude — the receptionist itself.
- Your existing practice website — the chat widget is one line of code, so it works on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow or anything hand-built.
- A voice platform — a webhook built to the Retell and Vapi shape, so your practice number can be pointed at it.
- Google Calendar and Outlook two-way sync. Booking works today against your opening hours inside the product; it does not yet write into a calendar you keep elsewhere.
- Google Business Profile reviews. Review requests are sent; the resulting ratings are not pulled back in.
- Practice management systems (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental and the like).
- Zapier and n8n.
If one of these is the thing that decides it for you, say so on the call — it tells us what to build next, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's weeks or months.
What it does for your practice
Six outcomes. Everything in the product exists to move one of them.
More booked appointments
Every patient inquiry gets answered and offered a time, on the first contact, at any hour.
Fewer patients lost
A missed call gets a text back in seconds. An unanswered inquiry gets followed up automatically.
Faster response times
First ring, not first thing tomorrow — measured on your own dashboard, not estimated.
Less front desk burden
Confirmations, reminders, follow-ups and review requests your team never has time to send.
A system that scales
The tenth location works the same as the first. Nothing lives in one person's head.
Predictable practice growth
See where every new patient came from and what they were worth, so you know what to invest in.
What is a missed patient call actually costing your practice?
Put your own numbers in. Every assumption is shown, and nothing is pre-filled to flatter us.
Your numbers, per month
That's a 1,289% return — and it pays for itself after 1 recovered patient.
Assumptions: this is arithmetic on the numbers you entered. We assume the AI reaches 70% of the people you currently miss — some callers won't engage with any callback. It is an estimate for your business, not a result we have measured for anyone else.
Built for dental clinics, not everyone
Our aim is to give independent dental practices the kind of system that enterprise groups and DSOs pay tens of thousands for — at a fraction of the cost, live in a fraction of the time.
One platform, not six subscriptions
An AI receptionist, a CRM, scheduling, a reminder system, an email platform and a review tool is six bills, six logins and six places for a patient to fall through. This is one.
Built not to bluff
The AI is instructed never to invent a price, an insurance answer, an availability or a guarantee. Where it doesn't know, it takes a callback. That constraint is in the product, not in a policy document.
Live in under an hour
Your instance is generated from your practice details, you review exactly what the AI is allowed to say, and you point your number at it. No implementation project, no setup fee.
Patient data stays yours
Never used to train models, never shared between practices, exportable on the way out. Cancel from the billing page with no notice period.
Honest about what's measured
Every number on your dashboard is computed from real data. Where there's no prior period it says so, rather than showing a flattering 0%.
Priced for independent practices
From $249 a month — less than a day of locum receptionist time, and one recovered new patient a month covers most plans.
Versus hiring a front desk receptionist
Not a criticism of receptionists — a comparison of what each option actually covers. Most practices want both.
The cost range is a typical US full-time dental front-desk salary plus employer costs, not a figure from our own clients.
Simple pricing for dental practices
No setup fee. No contract. One recovered new patient a month covers most plans.

This is where the testimonials will go.
We don't publish results we haven't earned, so this section is empty rather than padded. It fills in with named, verifiable practice results as they come — and not a day before.
What we will do instead is run it on your real practice for two weeks and show you exactly what it caught. If it doesn't catch anything worth paying for, don't pay for it.
Start a two-week pilotQuestions
Will it sound like a robot?
It sounds like a competent dental receptionist reading from a good script. It won't pass for a human in a long, unusual conversation — and it doesn't try to. It answers, books, and escalates anything it isn't sure about.
What happens if a patient asks about insurance?
It answers only what you've told it — which carriers you accept, whether you verify benefits, and so on. If it doesn't know the answer to a specific question, it says so and takes a callback number. It never guesses.
How long does setup take?
Under an hour. We build your instance from your practice details, you review what the AI will say, and you point your phone number at it. There's no setup fee.
Do I have to replace my website?
No. You get a practice website included, but the chat widget is one line of code that works on whatever site you already have.
What about my existing practice phone number?
You keep it. Either forward it to your AI line, or forward only the calls your front desk doesn't answer within a few rings. Most practices start with the second option.
Does it sync with Dentrix or Open Dental?
Not yet, and we'd rather tell you now. Appointment booking works against your hours and availability inside the product, and confirmations go out by email and SMS — but it does not write into your PMS. PMS sync is on the roadmap; ask us where it sits.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing page. No notice period, no cancellation fee. You keep your data — export it on the way out.
Is patient data safe?
Patient data is yours and is never used to train models or shared with other practices. Each practice's data is isolated. Ask us for the detail — we'll answer specifically rather than pointing at a badge.
How many dental practices use this?
We're early, and we're not going to dress that up. That's exactly why the offer is a two-week pilot on your own practice with nothing to pay if it doesn't earn its place — the risk sits with us, not with you.
Not a dental practice? See it for your industry.
The same AI front desk, tuned for how your business actually talks to the people who call it.
